Making choices with confidence

Unveil Your Power - Choices

Last time we talked about the high price of being Mrs. Nice. Today we will focus on how to break free from the Mrs. Nice and Yes-mode Syndromes. Lets reflect for a few minutes. Are you constantly saying sorry for everything you do? Do you find it difficult to say “No” to others and “Yes” to you? Do you spend a lot of time finding the right words not to upset people? Do you go out of your way to get approval from others? Do you find yourself apologizing to others, even when they did something wrong towards you? If you answered yes to these questions, I would dare to say you are trapped in the Mrs. Nice and Yes-mode syndromes. As you already know, the first step is to recognize how you are acting and evaluate if that is working well for you. If it is not working for

Mrs. Nice, is it really worth it?

An unusual concept called self-fate helps explain why so many of us don’t have what we really want. Self-fate is the idea that because our past is dominating our thought processes, and because most people are not consciously living in the moment, our past actually creates our future. Because we are making choices based on our past experiences, we cannot change our future unless the control of the past is removed, and we choose in the now. So self-fate really means that for most

Unveil your power and become the Master of Your Life

master_of_your_life

What is a master? It is someone who resonates with success. It’s a person who’s mindset automatically attracts the right people, places, events, and opportunities, and the same mindset allows that allows the person to jump all over all of those opportunities with gusto, and without fear or hesitation. I believe that while each of us can do many things well, there is really only one thing that we can truly master, and ironically, while it takes a lot of effort to become a master in what you do, there is no real effort necessary in the thing we can truly master, which is being who we are. Each of us has a very unique makeup. That makeup, at its core, is perfect, and when we tap into our true core, our real gift to the world is revealed. When you learn to Unveil Your Power, and learn to share
